Database Management Technology

DBAnalyzer consists of three main subsystems, Monitor, Sentinel, and Query. Each subsystem has a server component which runs in the context of a specific Ingres installation, and a clinet console which runs on a Windows workstation. Client consoles communicate with the server components using standard TCP/IP and does not require Ingres/Net.
